We do species specific surveys for Birds, Reptiles, and Great-Crested Newts. These surveys and their reports are usually requested by the Local Planning Authority after finding preliminary evidence of their presence on site. This survey determines whether they are on site or not. If they are on site we can also determine to what extent.
